Hey guys, just to get ball rolling on the blog, I thought Id share something which I came across..
Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men Ephesians 6:7
Okay. I shall spare you guys how I felt about it and all, because firstly, I type this out once and I lost the page cos I accidentally closed the window and secondly, Im too lazy to type it all out again, and anyway, I dont think you guys really want to hear everything anyway. Hehe.
So. Anyway. Playing in a band was really the most awesome thing that has happened to me, I dont know how I got pulled into the team but I guess its obvious that Im the only one who our age who can actually play a tune on the piano. Oh and do you guys remember that we almost gave up on the band once but then we managed to pull through and get back on track. (Thank you aunty celia for not giving up together with us and pushed us harder! (: )
What I want to say is, the band has come a long way and it is really by the grace of god that we actually managed to come so far and we have improved so much! I just want you guys to remember that this gift of our musical talents have been given to us by our heavenly father, and that the band is a special family that god has blessed us with. (: god has arranged the parts in the body, every one if them just as he wanted them to be [1st cor 12:18] and through this grace of god, we need to use it to serve god by touching others with our music for the simple reason that every good gift comes from our father, so we should not waste it. Remember the parable of the talents! :D Even though we may not be perfect, GOD will make things perfect for us. In all [our] ways acknowledge him and he will make [our] paths straight. Proverbs 3:6
So yes. Im done with my tiny pep talk and Im gonna do some shoutouts now.
Marvin : thanks for volunteering to organize the band. Youve really been a great leader so far and I hope that you will continue to grow in God and maximize every potential that he has given you. Youre an awesome leader! (: commit to the Lord whatever you do and all your plans will succeed proverbs 16:3
Mich : things may not be going so smoothly in your life right now, stress and work and all the heavy laden things that you have in your life right now, I dont know what they may be and I really dont know how youre feeling and I may not be able to understand why youre feeling like this. But I hope you dont give up so easily because god never once gave up on you. (: remember that god always is there and he always knows what is best for you. Dont give up hoping. Keep the faith strong. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1st peter 5:7
Nat : hey. Same goes for you too. (: you know what Im talking about. Thank you for always being there for me, you are always a friend that I can count on and know that youll always be there for me. Youre AWESOME. And honey, I love you. HAHAHA.
Chris : thanks for all the bible studies that we had, it really helped, a bit at least, and helped get my perspective straight. (: even though sometimes I really dont wanna come, I still drag my feet down for the sessions cos I know that it is always.. beneficial to learn so much more about gods wonderful work in my life and what he wants from me. thank you for being such a great ministry worker and Im glad that god somehow brought you here to be with us and I hope youll stay!! (: do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for believers in speech, in life in love in faith and in purity [1st tim 4:12]
Kurby : aha. You ah. Treat Joanne nicely ah. Dont bully her or Ill come after you. Hahahahah. Just kidding. Anyway. Youve found the new love of your life so all the best for your relationship yeah. (: love is patient love is kind ... it is not proud ... it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered ... it always protects, always trusts ... [1st cor 13:4-7] btw! I WANT AN IPOD MINI!

SHUN!! : hey old man. YOU AH. GOT NOTHING BETTER TO SAY TO YOU LA. HAHA. GROW UP MORE. STOP BEING SO CHILDISH AND BE SERIOUS-ER. HAHA. Okay. Anyway. thank you for being such a dear. And youre really a good guitar player, its just that there are times when I wish you werent so good because you really get on my nerves playing noise (like the irritating bumblebee song which doesnt even sound like a song, it sounds like a ... bumblebee. Eurgh.) please put your talent to better use kaee. Hhahha. Just kidding la. Youre fine the way you are.. (:
YET 2 : dont worry you guys, you can make it if you all have the determination. Work hard and don’t give up so easily. the body is not made up of one part but many [1st cor 12:14] dont forget that you guys are not the only ones on the team and you guys have to act like one. therefore do not lose heart. [2nd cor 4:16]

HEY everyone. hhehehehe. guess what i did the blog up already.. so i hope you guys liked it.. :D now we can post stuffs up here and we wont have to worry about not getting the email! (: yes. the next thing will b a web pg i promise havent gotten round to doing it yet.
